This past summer, my wife and I decided to build an addition to our house. We requested several estimates and met with each builder. Not only did we receive a competitive bid for the project from Kelly Remodeling, but after hearing the details of their proposal, we became aware of the high quality of the construction design and materials as compared to the other proposals.

After our initial meetings, Kelly Remodeling presented us with hand drawn and computer drafted designs. Our discussions and ideas were coordinated into a well-conceived plan prior to signing our agreement.

We're about a month and a half into this major project and Kelly Remodeling has persevered through difficult weather to quickly get us under roof. The rough in of the new gas heat and central air conditioning, electric and plumbing is nearly complete and we are approaching the finishing phase of the project.

Kelly Remodeling was very selective with use of subcontractors and work performed by both Kelly Remodeling and the framing, roofing and concrete subcontractors has been absolutely top notch. We continue to be very excited about the project and soon we will see the final result.
