Design
Design has become an integral part of our
business. We have found that by having a complete design the
customer is able to fully visualize the project. This allows
many problems to be fixed before any work is actually started
leading to a much smoother project. Whether it is a bathroom,
basement, or an addition you will receive plans before we
begin. Our design process for major projects, such as
additions is comprised of a few things. First we will come to
you home and listen to your ideas to find out what it is you
want to gain out of the project. After this we will develop a
preliminary set of drawings. We will present them to you so we
will get an idea for what you like or dislike. Then it is back
to the drawing board to complete the plans including 3d
renderings of the space. Once this is done and you are happy
with everything we will put together the permit application
and get it to your local municipality for approval. This also
includes researching each item of the job to make sure will
work in the space we have designed. Once the approval comes
through it will be time to begin your project.
Any remodeling project you decide to venture
into is a huge investment with many risks. We believe that
this design process helps to minimize the risks facing them
before any work is started. Having a set of plans allows every
person that will work on the job to have a clear understanding
of what is to be done. You should never go into a remodeling
project relying on your contractor’s design ideas without
seeing anything on paper. Through this design process we are
giving you the customer the opportunity to really get what you
want! We want to finish the project knowing we were able to
provide you with what you desired.

Hummelstown Addition
This is a representation of an addition we are
working on in Hummelstown on High Street. This is a large
job, nearly doubling the size of the existing home. The
homeowners are excited to see what all our design and
planning has accomplished. Everyone is happy with how the
addition looks and it is another testament to the design
process.

Poolside Deck
You can see how a 3d rendering of your
project can allow you to truly see what it will look like
completed. The homeowner had two old wine barrels that we
were able to design around. They look amazing up on the
finished deck. It was a great idea, provided by the
homeowners. This project was an outdoor bar/ deck with full
plumbing in the bar. We had to knock out a window to allow
for French doors out onto the new deck. This project shows
that if you can think up an idea we can make it a reality.
